Impact BPO is looking for a Lien Resolution Specialist in Tegucigalpa to join our legal support team! If you have strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for resolving complex claim cases, we’d love to have you on board!

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Review, audit, and negotiate healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, and private liens to maximize reductions.
• Communicate directly with lien holders, insurance companies, and legal representatives to reach settlements.
• Request and analyze medical billing statements, claim ledgers, and legal documents.
• Maintain accurate case logs and ensure all resolution deadlines are met efficiently.

Requirements:

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with financial data.
• Prior experience in legal support, medical liens, insurance claims, or collections is a plus!
