Job Summary

We are seeking a Life & Disability Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will help clients protect their financial future by offering tailored life and disability insurance solutions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and a commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach

• Assess clients’ financial situations and insurance needs

• Explain life and disability insurance options clearly and accurately

• Recommend suitable policies based on individual goals and risk profiles

• Assist clients with applications, medical exams, and underwriting processes

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details

• Provide ongoing service including policy updates, renewals, and claims support

• Stay current with industry regulations, product offerings, and market trends

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in insurance or financial services (preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong ethical standards and customer-first mindset
