Life guard

The Lifeguard position supports the work of the YMCA of Collier County, Inc., a leading not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening the communities in Collier County through its core focus areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.

Lifeguard in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that welcomes people of all skill and fitness levels.

This position effectively builds community and modifies as needed to meet varied health, ability, and cultural needs.

Maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.

Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
