Insurance Advisor – ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Role Overview: As an Insurance Advisor with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, you will help individuals and families understand their financial protection, savings, investment and long-term financial planning needs. You will recommend suitable life insurance solutions based on customer requirements and build strong, long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new customer leads through personal and professional networks. - Understand customers’ financial goals and insurance requirements. - Explain suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions. - Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Assist customers throughout the application and policy process. - Participate in business development, customer meetings and promotional activities. - Achieve assigned business and sales targets. - Stay updated on products, benefits, processes and industry developments.
