Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their financial goals
• Present comprehensive life insurance options, clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and coverage details
• Negotiate terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend suitable insurance products, including health, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, ongoing communication, and benefits administration support
• Stay current on insurance regulations, industry trends, and product knowledge to provide accurate guidance and maintain compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a focus on insurance or financial products preferred
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
• Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is essential
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client communication and relationship building
• Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance in all client interactions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
