Duties

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify their insurance needs
• Present and explain various life insurance policies, highlighting benefits and coverage options clearly and persuasively
• Negotiate policy terms and premium rates to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and regular policy reviews
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently

Experience

-No experience is ok, training provided-

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently is preferred
• Familiarity with property casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance products is preferred
• analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Knowledge of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is advantageous
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client communication, benefits administration, and relationship building
