Your Day-to-Day

• Receive warm inbound transfers from pre-qualified senior prospects
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable final expense life insurance policies
• Manage client interactions and follow-up using our CRM system
• Educate clients on policy options and guide them through the decision
• Maintain compliance with carrier and industry standards throughout every interaction

What You Need

• Active resident life insurance license (Required), Non-resident licenses preferred in addition to.
• E&O coverage in place or willingness to obtain it
• Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable working in a CRM or similar platform
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Able to adapt quickly to new technology and sales systems
