Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand financial goals, coverage needs, and risk factors, then recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills bilingual capabilities is a plus (Spanish)
• Must pass State Exam in 30 Days —training will be provided
• Great customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to committ, with a proactive coachable attitude and opened to learn new skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, excel, and adapt.

Compensation:

This role is a 100% commission‑based position.

There is no salary or hourly wage; earnings are determined by your performance, consistency, and commitment to following our established system

New agents who remain focused and adhere to our proven process often have the potential to earn up to $10,000 within their first few months.
