Life Insurance Agent (Training Provided)

We are a Las Vegas-based life insurance brokerage (with offices accross the country) focused on helping families protect what matters most while developing individuals into confident, licensed professionals in the financial industry.

This position offers professional development, mentorship, and training in the life insurance industry with an environment built on integrity, mentorship, and excellence.

WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE BROKER

Unlike many entry-level opportunities where your primary training comes through another agent, individuals selected for this opportunity will work directly with the broker and founder of Nothing But Excellence, LLC.

You'll have direct access to office leadership, hands-on mentorship, licensing guidance, field training, and ongoing development as you learn the business and begin working with clients.

Our goal isn't simply to bring people into the industry. We want to develop confident, capable, licensed professionals and future leaders.

• Applicants must be licensed or willing to obtain a life insurance license.
• Licensing and onboarding requirements will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Good communication and people skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Coachable and open to mentorship
• Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (we guide you step-by-step)
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• This is a performance-based sales position with commission compensation.
• While earnings are not guaranteed, we provide the training, structure, and support needed to help you succeed.
