Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, licensed Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is an inbound sales position—no cold calling required. You’ll work with warm, inbound leads from individuals who have requested information about life insurance coverage. Your role is to educate clients, assess their needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and guide them through the application process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound life insurance inquiries.
• Consult with clients to identify their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Present life insurance solutions from multiple top-rated carriers.
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
• Complete applications accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
• Keep detailed records in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License (required).
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM software and technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
