Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance role based in Preet Vihar. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs, explain Bajaj Life’s insurance and investment solutions, and recommend suitable plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting meetings or presentations, completing needs analysis, and assisting customers with proposal forms, documentation, and policy issuance. The role also requires maintaining strong post-sales relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups for renewals, and supporting claim-related queries to deliver a high-quality service experience. The individual will collaborate with branch teams and distribution partners, adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and work towards achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a consultative approach to understanding financial needs.
• Proficiency in life insurance and investment concepts such as ULIPs, term plans, retirement and child policies, and systematic investment strategies.
• Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, closing skills, and target-driven execution.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, policy servicing, and compliance with regulatory and internal process requirements.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms for customer servicing, including mobile, web, and conversational interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in finance, commerce, business, or insurance is an advantage.
• Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Preet Vihar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
