What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound client calls—absolutely NO cold calling!
• Speaking with families and matching them to the right life and health insurance products.
• Growing your skills and confidence as you learn from top sales leaders in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
• Building professional relationships that last a lifetime.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing clients through inbound calls
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and consultations to recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Negotiate policy terms and benefits that satisfy client needs while adhering to insurance regulations.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-up and exceptional service.
• Handle basic sales administration with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Stay current on industry trends, health and life insurance options, property and casualty, and commercial insurance for expert guidance.
• Educate clients on life insurance, health insurance, benefits administration, and coverage details.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, but NOT required.
• Familiarity with outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing—preferably in insurance or financial products.
• Strong negotiation and multi-language communication skills; bilingual is a plus!
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, client communication, and benefits administration helpful.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent ability to analyze client needs and foster lasting relationships.
• Understanding of health, property, casualty, life, and commercial insurance concepts preferred.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high satisfaction.

Location

• This position is based in-person at our Pompano Beach, FL office.

Choose Your Shift

• Monday Through Friday 9a-5p or 11a-7p and optional Saturdays

Licensing Info

• All agents must have a 215 Life, Accident & Health Insurance License, or a 214 Health-Only License.
• Not Licensed Yet? No problem!
• We cover all licensing costs, including your state license.
