Cryo Associates is looking for a driven sales professional to help us grow our business in the biomedical and life sciences market. We sell specialized cryogenic freezers and equipment to organizations doing important work across biotech, pharma, hospitals, universities, research centers and government laboratories. This isn't a “wait for the phone to ring” sales job. We're looking for someone who wants to find the opportunity, open the door, build the relationship and win the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Prospecting and developing new customers
• Reaching out to new prospects and creating sales opportunities
• Building relationships with scientists, lab managers and decision-makers
• Selling specialized cryogenic and biomedical equipment
• Building and managing your sales pipeline
• Learning an exciting and specialized industry
• Owning your territory and your results

At Cryo Associates, our CRM is the heart of our sales business. We use it to manage our pipeline, track activity, stay focused on next steps and measure results. We believe great sales teams measure what matters. You'll be expected to keep your pipeline current, follow through consistently and use KPIs to understand your activity and performance.

Who are you?

You're someone who is: Smart. Hungry. Curious. Persistent.

You don't need to know everything about cryogenics on Day 1. We'll teach you the products.

What we can't teach is drive, curiosity, confidence and the desire to win.

B2B, laboratory equipment, medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical or technical sales experience is a plus—but we're willing to consider someone with the right attitude and potential.
