What they need
- Core Development: Write and debug programs using RPG, RPGLE, CL, and COBOL/400.
- System Maintenance: Troubleshoot DB2/400 and SQL/400 database issues and optimize application performance.
- System Modernization: Migrate and integrate legacy Life/400 systems with newer technology stacks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders in life insurance to ensure compliance and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Background in Insurance Industry
- 5 years of experience in the ff:
Platforms: Life/Asia, Life/400, AS/400 (iSeries)
Languages: RPG, CL/400, COBOL/400.
Databases: DB2/400, SQL/400.
Tools: SMART/400.
