Whitetail Hill makes food plot seed, minerals, attractants, and trees, including hybrid chestnuts we grow right here in Alabama. More than 50,000 customers plant our stuff. We're founder-owned, we're growing fast, and we're building something bigger: a media side (YouTube, social, and a podcast) that hunters actually want to watch.

The job

You keep our customers coming back. More than 50,000 people have bought from us, and your job is to make sure they hear from us at the right time, with the right thing.

• Run email and text: campaigns, automated flows, and the calendar
• Build the flows that matter: welcome, planting help after purchase, reorder before their planting window, abandoned cart, and winning back customers who've gone quiet
• Run our customer programs, like our seed deposit and referral programs
• Send based on what people bought and where they live, since planting windows change by state
• Test subject lines, offers, and timing, and report what's working every week
• Work with our sales team so calls, emails, and texts tell the same story
• Help with notifications for our companion app

Who you are

• 2+ years running email and text for an online store, and you can show the revenue you drove
• You know Omnisend or a similar tool
• You think in segments and timing, not blasts
• You write clearly, like a person instead of a marketer
• Hunting or food plots are a plus. Either way, you'll learn our products fast.
• You use AI to draft faster, but your judgment decides what goes out

Pay

$60,000–$75,000, plus a bonus tied to email and text revenue and benefits.
