POSITION: Lifeguard - Application Pool

DISPLAY PERIOD: From October 14 to November 18, 2026 inclusive

SALARY: $21.95/hour

SCHEDULE: Days, evenings, and weekends

CONTRACT DURATION: From January to March 2027

STATUS: Temporary

WORK MODE: On-site

WORK LOCATION: All pools in the City of Laval

The challenges that await you

• Ensures the safety of users at all times.
• Ensures the safety of users at all times;
• Ensures compliance with pool regulations;
• Collaborates in the organization and facilitation of activities at their pool;
• Assists with maintenance work;
• Keeps equipment and the site in good condition;
• Ensures that the various required reports are completed;
• Reports any anomalies observed to their immediate supervisor;
• Provides first aid and follows received directives in case of serious injuries;
• Calls the police in cases of vandalism, theft, and incidents that warrant it.

The ideal profile for us

• Hold a valid National Lifeguard certificate issued by the Lifesaving Society;
• The following certificates are assets:
  • Swimming Instructor issued by the Lifesaving Society;
  • Lifeguard Instructor issued by the Lifesaving Society
