What they need
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college education is an advantage.
- Valid Lifeguard Certification; CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required;
- At least 1 year of lifeguarding experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or recreational facility;
- Strong swimming and water rescue skills;
- Knowledge of pool and beach safety procedures and emergency response;
- Excellent observation, communication, and customer service skills;
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods;
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays;
- Willing to relocate to Pagbilao, Quezon.
