We're looking for dependable and motivated Lifeguards who are passionate about safety, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment. If you're looking for a flexible part-time opportunity where you can make a positive impact while building valuable skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do As a Lifeguard, you'll help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits the Wellness Center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring pool and spa areas to maintain a safe environment
• Performing routine water testing and documenting results
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the pool, locker rooms, and common areas
• Building positive relationships with members, guests, and visitors
• Assisting with swim lessons, birthday parties, and special events
• Responding appropriately to emergencies and safety concerns
• Supporting daily Wellness Center operations as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Strong swimming abilities, including:

• Swimming 300 yards using freestyle and breaststroke

• Treading water for 2 minutes without using hands

• Retrieving a 10-pound object from 7-10 feet of water and returning it within required time standards

• Willingness to complete Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid training

• Previous experience working with or supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required

• Must pass required background checks and screenings

No lifeguard certification? No problem. We'll provide the training and certification you need at no cost to you.
