Lifiting Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all crane, hoist, and rigging activities on-site to ensure compliance with lifting plans and safety standards.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Client representatives to align lifting activities with overall construction schedules.

• Ensure all riggers, crane operators, and signalmen are certified and competent. Assign tasks and supervise their execution.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies during lifting activities.

• Conduct daily inspections of lifting equipment and accessories. Report defects and ensure prompt corrective actions.

• Review and endorse lifting permits. Ensure proper documentation is maintained and available on-site.

• Lead daily toolbox meetings to communicate lifting activity risks and safety measures.

• Report any incidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions immediately and participate in investigation processes.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and client representatives to align lifting activities with overall construction schedules.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree, Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Heavy Equipment Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in lifting and rigging operations, preferably in Data Center construction project

• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

• Immediate join preferred.

• Experience with Data Center Project lifting operations, including diesel generators and cooling tower equipment.

• Capable of drafting lifting plans, MOPs, and lifting schedules.

• Have Lifting / Rigging Certification from KEMNAKER or BNSP.

• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, signaling, and crane operations.

• Good understanding of Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.

• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting.

• Willing to be assigned to any company project location.
