Lift Engineer (5 days | Permanent)

About the Role:

• Lead and supervise the repair team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality repair works.
• Analyse maintenance trends to identify recurring faults and improve lift reliability through preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and coordinating with suppliers/OEMs.
• Prepare reports and maintain records on repair activities, maintenance performance, and system reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing maintenance processes, reducing costs, and developing technicians' skills.

About You:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in lift/escalator maintenance or repair works.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical knowledge of lift systems.
• Experience in data analysis and maintenance trend evaluation.
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
