What they need
- Install and commission elevator/lift systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing.
- Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot lift faults.
- Inspect and rectify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Check lift safety devices, switches, sensors, doors, ropes, brakes, and other components.
- Replace defective parts and carry out necessary repairs.
- Conduct testing after maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain service reports and update work status.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineers and customers during site visits.
