What they need
key resposibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of lifts/elevators.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Handle lift breakdowns and customer complaints.
- Inspect and maintain lift components, including motors, brakes, doors, sensors, switches, ropes and control panels.
- Perform testing and ensure safe and smooth operation of lifts.
- Assist in lift installation, commissioning and handover.
- Maintain service reports and records.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and customers at different sites.
- Follow all company safety procedures and required lift safety practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates who have worked as a Lift Technician / Elevator Technician / Lift Service Technician / Lift Maintenance Technician and have practical field experience will be given preference.
