What they need
Role & responsibilities
* Relevant certification in lifting/crane engineering or lifting operations is highly desirable. LEEA, LOLER-related training, crane/lifting engineering certification, or equivalent would be an advantage.
* Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Maintenance, or Heavy Industrial Projects, preferably in the Middle East.
* Demonstrable experience in crane operations and complex/critical lifting activities.
* Experience in preparing and reviewing lifting plans, lifting studies, and calculations.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to prepare technical lifting plans and calculations using appropriate engineering software/tools.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, crane load charts, and technical documentation.
* Familiarity with digital HSE/QHSE management systems is desirable.
