Lifting Supervisor

The Lifting Supervisor will own all lifting and rigging activity on site, from crane operations to daily safety inspections. The project is a long-run mandate rather than a short posting. Strong performers on this project are typically considered for further large-scale UAE assignments once it completes. The role Supervise all lifting and rigging activity on a major infrastructure site. Oversee mobile and crawler crane operations across live work packages. Coordinate lifting plans with site engineers, crane operators and project teams. Monitor compliance with risk assessments, method statements and site HSE rules. Inspect lifting equipment and rigging gear, and stop unsafe work immediately. What you'll bring Must hold a valid LEEA Appointed Person certification Minimum 3 5 years of proven experience in lifting operations within civil, infrastructure, airport, bridge, metro or other large-scale construction projects Strong experience with mobile/crawler crane operations, rigging activities, lifting plans, and safe lifting procedures Good understanding of site HSE requirements and lifting safety standards UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
