Lifting Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our construction team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in a construction company.
• Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, lifting plans, and safe work practices.
• Experience in supervising cranes, lifting equipment, rigging, and lifting activities.
• Knowledge of UAE construction site safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with Site Engineers, HSE team, crane operators, and riggers.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Candidates with experience in bridges, underpasses, culverts, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control all lifting operations at the construction site.
• Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and according to approved lifting plans.
• Check lifting equipment, accessories, and rigging arrangements before operations.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site management.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and lifting regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
