Lifting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all lifting operations on site, ensuring compliance with UAE safety regulations and project requirements. The ideal candidate must be certified, safety‑focused, and capable of managing crane operators, riggers, and lifting teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on site
• Ensure lifting operations follow approved Lifting Plans and Risk Assessments
• Inspect lifting equipment, accessories, and tools before use
• Verify load weights, crane capacity, and safe lifting angles
• Communicate clearly with crane operators, riggers, and signalmen
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE standards, company policies, and site procedures
• Stop unsafe lifting operations and report hazards immediately
• Maintain daily lifting logs, checklists, and inspection records
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Coordinate with site engineers and HSE team for critical lifts

Requirements

• Valid UAE Lifting Supervisor Certificate (TUV / Third‑Party approved)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in lifting operations
• Strong knowledge of cranes, lifting accessories, load charts, and rigging practices
• Experience in high‑rise or heavy construction projects preferred
• Ability to read and understand lifting plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
