What they need
About the role
Supervise lifting and rigging activities to ensure safe and proper handling of heavy materials and equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily lifting and rigging operations.
- Check lifting plans, load weights, and equipment capacity.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and signalmen.
- Ensure proper rigging and lifting procedures are followed.
- Conduct pre-lifting safety checks.
- Monitor lifting activities and stop unsafe operations when necessary.
- Report lifting issues and work progress to management.
About you
- At least 3–5 years of relevant lifting and rigging experience.
- Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor.
- Knowledge of cranes, rigging equipment, lifting plans, and load limits.
- TESDA Rigging NC I/NC II or related certification is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work onsite and outdoors.
