What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and monitor lifting operations.
- Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and according to UAE regulations and client requirements.
- Prepare/review lifting plans, risk assessments and method statements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure the lifting crew follows safety procedures.
- Inspect lifting equipment, accessories and PPE before operations.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers and site personnel.
- Stop any unsafe lifting activity or condition immediately.
- Ensure compliance with site and client HSE requirements.
