Now Hiring – Light Assembly & Packaging: NILES or YOUNGSTOWN Location

Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):

• Day Shift: Base Rate $13.60/hr
• Night Shift: Base Rate $14.10/hr
• Perfect Attendance Bonus - meet the perfect attendance bonus requirements and earn an additional $100 every week.

Shift Schedule

• Days: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Nights: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
• Alternating 4-day and 3-day work weeks
• 4-day week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• 3-day week: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 12-hour shifts

Job Duties

• Assemble and package products to meet customer standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to follow instructions and keep up in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks

Requirements

• Successful completion of a background screening
• Drug-free workplace
• Must be 18 years or older
