Light Bus Driver – Dubai

Renova 360 Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Light Bus Driver to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees/workers between accommodation, work sites and other designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and transportation schedules.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees.
• Operate the company bus responsibly and maintain high safety standards.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle.
• Ensure all required vehicle documents are available and valid.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company transportation policies.
• Maintain proper records of trips, vehicle movements, fuel and any incidents/fines as required.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, delays or other issues immediately to the Transport/Logistics Coordinator.
• Carry out other transportation-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Light Bus Driving Licence.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE driving experience, preferably in employee/staff transportation.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and routes.
• Familiarity with UAE traffic rules and regulations.
• Clean and responsible driving record preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early morning/evening shifts where required.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
