Light Current Project Manager

Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering low current (ELV) projects including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, and related systems. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements and quality standards.

Accountability & Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to handover
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure project delivery within:
• Approved timeline
• Budget (cost control)
• Quality standards

Coordinate with:

• Clients and consultants
• Internal engineering and installation teams
• Suppliers and subcontractors

Monitor:

• Project progress
• Costs and cash flow
• Risks and issues
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and client sign-off
• Lead and manage project teams to achieve objectives

Prepare and submit:

• Progress reports
• Cost reports
• Risk assessments
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in ELV / low current systems.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, FA, structured cabling)
• Project planning tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

2 – Preferred:

• PMP certification (or equivalent)
• Experience with large-scale projects
• Knowledge of international standards
