ATC Cleaning Inc. is a premier cleaning service company operating across the Ottawa region. We are currently expanding our team and looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join us as full-time Light Duty Cleaners. We provide a supportive work environment and comprehensive on-the-job training.

Job Description & Tasks

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will travel to various client sites (including private residences and commercial settings) to perform standard housekeeping duties. Your core responsibilities include:

• Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
• Dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Emptying trash containers and picking up debris.
• Performing light housekeeping duties and washing windows, walls, or ceilings as required.
• Handling and reporting any lost and found items or maintenance issues to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Experience is an asset; we will fully train the right candidate.
• Language: Professional English communication skills.
• License: Valid driver’s licence is required (driving record abstract check may be conducted).
• Security: Must be bondable and able to pass a basic criminal record check.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently with high attention to detail; involves bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Personal Suitability: Punctuality, reliability, dependability, and strong values.
