Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in various areas of the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively, adhering to safety protocols.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all spaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold facility standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality in all cleaning tasks.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around facilities throughout shifts.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
