 Focus on new business development in new segments, like semiconductor, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, general industry etc.  Develop new distributors and business partners. Meanwhile set up and manage channel system with different segments.

 Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Sales division plans.  Identify and penetrate new markets and industries.  Report forecasts using tools like Ackumen and Dynamics.  Conduct innovation workshops and manage strategic customer meetings.  Select optimal product lines to meet customer needs and maximize GP%.  Manage expenses and assets effectively.  Build and maintain strong Customer relationships with key decision-makers.  Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings.  Support customer onboarding and loyalty initiatives.  Ensure contract compliance and alignment with customer expectations.  Align regional strategies with divisional directives.  Lead execution of business plans and budgets.  Participate in regional company or global workgroups and product line initiatives as needed.  Track and report on strategic project progress. Tack record of outstanding sales performance for 5 to 8 years Channel managers with direct sales capabilities Prioritizing candidates with extensive experience in the multiple industry Chemistry or any Engineering area or Business Administration

Strong self-motivation Good English communication skills
