Live-in Personal Assistant – Dubai

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and well-organized Female Live-in Personal Assistant to support the employer with daily personal arrangements, transportation, errands, and travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the employer’s daily personal schedule and appointments
• Assist with personal errands, shopping, dining arrangements, bookings, and other daily matters
• Drive the employer safely to appointments, errands, and other destinations
• Accompany the employer when required during local or international travel
• Assist with Chinese–English communication and basic translation when required
• Handle and coordinate various personal arrangements in Dubai
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and discreet relationship with the employer
• Respond to ad-hoc requests and provide support as required
• Perform other personal assistant duties assigned by the employer

Requirements

• Female, aged 35–45 years old
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
• Previous working experience in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred
• Valid UAE driving license with good driving skills and familiarity with Dubai roads
• Own valid UAE visa
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and polite manner
• Flexible and able to adapt to changes in the employer’s schedule
• Comfortable with a live-in arrangement

Working Conditions

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time, Live-in
Days Off: 4 days per month, with flexibility to adjust days off according to the employer’s schedule

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
