Light Vehicle Driver

La Verde Group is looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional Company Driver to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license, good knowledge of UAE roads, and a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional conduct.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting employees, management, documents, and company materials as required, while ensuring the assigned vehicle is maintained in good condition and all journeys are completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport company management, employees, and visitors to designated locations as required.
• Drive company vehicles for official meetings, business appointments, and other company-related activities.
• Pick up and drop off employees, clients, and guests according to assigned schedules.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, materials, and other company items when required.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-maintained company vehicle.
• Perform regular vehicle checks, including fuel levels, tires, oil, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and registration renewals with the concerned department.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel expenses, vehicle maintenance, and other related information.
• Report accidents, vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or traffic incidents to management immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, management activities, and business matters.
• Assist with other company-related duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professional behavior, punctuality, and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a company driver, office driver, or executive driver is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads, major landmarks, and UAE traffic regulations.
• Ability to use GPS navigation applications such as Google Maps.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and follow safe driving practices.
• Physically fit and willing to perform assigned duties as required.
• Flexibility to work according to company schedules and occasional extended hours when necessary.
