Light Vehicle Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Car Rental Driver to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting rental vehicles, handling vehicle exchanges and replacement cars, moving vehicles between locations, and assisting with routine operational tasks.

The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving licence, good knowledge of Dubai roads, a professional attitude, and the ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver rental vehicles to customers at homes, offices, hotels, airports, and other designated locations.

Collect rental vehicles from customers upon completion or termination of rental agreements.

Carry out vehicle exchanges and deliver replacement cars when required.

Pick up and drop off vehicles between customers, the office, parking areas, branches, garages, and service centres.

Conduct basic vehicle inspections before delivery and after collection, checking for visible damage, mileage, fuel level, and cleanliness.

Take vehicle photographs and report any existing or new damage to the operations team.

Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready before customer handover.

Assist with vehicle handover and return procedures, including keys and relevant documents.

Take vehicles for washing, servicing, maintenance, registration, or inspection appointments as instructed.

Coordinate with the operations team regarding daily deliveries, collections, exchanges, and schedule changes.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and completed assignments.

Handle company vehicles, keys, documents, and equipment responsibly.

Report accidents, traffic fines, Salik-related issues, breakdowns, delays, and other vehicle-related concerns promptly.

Follow UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safe driving practices at all times.

Perform other reasonable duties related to daily car rental operations as assigned by management.

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
