Lighting Associate

Sol Luminaire, an architectural lighting studio founded in Singapore, is expanding.
Join us as a Lighting Associate, where you will work closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and clients to provide suitable lighting solutions for a variety of projects, from the initial discussion through to project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling, client visits, and follow-ups to develop new business opportunities
• Expand market reach and drive sales through proactive business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Present and promote lighting products and solutions effectively
• Understand client requirements and provide accurate product information and professional sales advice
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects and contractors to understand project requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, process orders and follow up on sales opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent after-sales service
• Address client enquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Prepare weekly sales progress and field reports

• A team player with good organisational and follow-up skills
• Experience in lighting, electrical, interior design or related industries is an advantage
