Lighting Sales

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outdoor Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, visiting clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct field visits to promote products, demonstrate features, and close sales deals.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and after-sales support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (lighting or electrical industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
