Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of passenger vehicles including vans, limousines, shuttle buses, and personal vehicles with precision and professionalism.
• Navigate local driving routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Transport clients safely across designated routes while adhering to all state transportation laws and traffic regulations.
• Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage handling to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform routine vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards and proper vehicle functioning.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and vehicle maintenance to prevent accidents or damage.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or chauffeur with a strong understanding of passenger vehicle operation.
• Familiarity with bus driving, shuttle driving, limousine services, or medical transportation is highly desirable.
• Excellent GPS navigation skills combined with knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when assisting passengers or loading cargo.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Knowledge of state transportation regulations, commercial driving standards, and safety procedures for passenger vehicles.
• Experience in maintaining vehicles and performing basic repairs or troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Ability to operate passenger vans, school buses, paratransit vehicles, or client-specific transportation equipment confidently.

Pay: $28.86 - $34.75 per hour
