QUALIFICATIONS

• High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate
• Open to applicants with at least 1 month of BPO experience OR at least 6 months of customer-facing experience in another industry, such as cashier, sales associate, receptionist, retail, hospitality, or similar roles
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
