LIMS Support Engineer

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LabVantage LIMS, Bartender, and a solid understanding of CSV deliverables and activities such as IQ, OQ, PQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for LabVantage LIMS.
• Work with Bartender for label design and printing integration.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support LIMS operations.
• Handle CSV (Computer System Validation) documentation and deliverables, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
• Work in a SaaS-based environment with focus on data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot LIMS-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of LIMS workflows.
