About the Position

Yorkdale Lincoln is looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Lincoln Valet Driver to join our Concierge Team.

The Lincoln Valet Driver plays an important role in delivering a seamless and elevated ownership experience. This position is primarily focused on safely and professionally transporting client vehicles and loaner vehicles between Yorkdale Lincoln and our clients' homes or workplaces.

The ideal candidate takes pride in driving, vehicle presentation, punctuality, and professional client interaction. You will represent the Yorkdale Lincoln brand every time you arrive at a client's home, workplace, or other location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lincoln Pickup & Delivery - p ick-up client vehicles from their homes or workplaces for scheduled service and r eturn client vehicles once service has been completed.
• Vehicle Inspection & Care - i nspect the vehicle for existing dents, scratches, and other visible damage, along with clear photos, verifiy VINs, and r eport any concerns immediately to the Lincoln Concierge Team.
• Dealership Support by p arking and moving dealership vehicles as required.
• Client Experience - although this position is primarily focused on driving, the Lincoln Valet Driver is an important representative of the Yorkdale Lincoln luxury experience. Professional and polished appearance, friendly and personable communication, excellent punctuality and time management, strong attention to detail, and a calm and professional approach when unexpected situations arise.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence and clean driver's abstract.
• Minimum 2 year of driving experience .
• Ability to work outdoors in rain, snow, cold weather, and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move light items up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the dealership.
• Professional appearance and presentation. Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
