What You’ll Do

As a Line and Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and portioning ingredients to meet daily kitchen needs.
• Cooking menu items to perfection according to recipes and standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (line cook, prep cook, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling procedures.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating great food.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
