Line Associate Engineer (WLCSP Engineering)

• Works with Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing/process related activities on shiftly basis
• Supports Process Engineer in monitoring line performance/quality /yield and disposition of Hold Lots
• Tracks the Internal troubleshooting Report (ITR) trend and follow up the Abnormality Lot Report (ALR)
• Supports the Process Engineering on the qualification/evaluation on Tape and Reel processes
• Ensures that the line complies in all the quality procedures/systems set-up by Process Engineers
• Handle new product introduction / qualification engineering support

Requirements

• Diploma Holder related to Engineering or Equivalent
