Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Assist in food inventory management as needed.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• **Applicants must be 18+**
• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering processes.
• You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation. As applicable, you must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.**
