Line Chef

We are looking for a passionate, reliable and hardworking line chef too join out team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food , a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment.

You will be repsonsible for preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard, maintaining excellent food hygiene practices and working closely with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes in line with our menu, specifications and quality standards
• Manage your designated section of the kitchen efficiently during service
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
• Keep your section clean, organised and fully stocked throughout service.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food preparation
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant food hygiene qualifications
• Ability and flexibly to work mornings, evening and public holidays

Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
