Line Chef / Crew Member

Job Overview

We are looking for strong line cooks and crew members to join us within a super exciting new immersive Art installation experience coming to Westfield Shepards Bush. As the sole food partner Dass Hospitality are recruiting a team to deliver fantastic food in a fast paced high volume environment working in partnership with the venues existing teams.

There is also scope for progression within the business and any leadership/ supervisor experience is a bonus.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes at speed whilst working in a clean and organised manner

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace air all times

• Assist in food production and presentation

• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations

• Help supervise kitchen staff when necessary

• Set up and clean down of the kitchen to brand standards

• Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner

Requirements

• Experience as a line chef or similar role. Food Handling Experience
• Experience with KDS screen (preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in food preparation and kitchen operations
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations

We are looking for both full time and part time line cooks.

We hope to recruit recruit with a mid-late September start date before the site goes live in October. The site is a 7 day operation mainly daytimes with some evenings. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a truly unique offering and join a growing company.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
