Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering strictly to recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, kitchen stations, and food safety sanitizing tools efficiently and safely.
• Assist in menu planning and meal preparation to ensure timely service during busy morning hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, following all food safety and sanitizing procedures.
• Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques, including food safety management protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-volume production meets quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant cooking, catering, or dietary aide positions.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary methods.
• Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices.
• Prior experience with kitchen operations including recipe adherence, and food production in high-volume settings.
• Experience working in fast paced, full service restaurant environments is a plus.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
