What You’ll Do

• Execute high-quality dishes during service with precision and consistency
• Work multiple stations, including rotisserie, grill, sauté, pantry, and prep
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and DOH standards
• Maintain organization, mise en place, and station readiness
• Follow recipes and plating guides to ensure consistent quality
• Support team communication and a positive work environment
• Participate in ongoing menu training and tastings

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years line cook experience preferred
• A passion for Mediterranean/Levantine flavors and scratch cooking
• Proven reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• Great communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Weekend availability
